About the Paella School
The Escuela de Arroces y Paella Valenciana was created thinking of you.
In August 2013 started to arise the idea of creating a gastronomic and fun activity in Valencia in order to offer everyone the chance to experience at first hand the Valencian ritual of the Paella, specially for those who vistit us from abroad.
Not only to eat a good (and authentic) Paella, also to experience and to learn to purchase all the necessary ingredients. How, how much and why.
From the very beginning, and under supervision, we wanted you to cook step by step the authentic and traditional Valencian Paella as the Valencians enjoy at home with family and friends.
The idea materialized by opening the first school in March 2014. As all solid projects, this has grew up slowly, becoming known constant and uninterruptedly gaining an excellent reputation by word of mouth, by the desinterested collaboration of traditional media and our great efforts in the new online media.
The outstanding reception of the initiative and the increasing demand led us to take the leap just two years after the beginning, in March 2016, by the opening of the second Escuela de Arroces y Paella Valenciana. More capacity and better facilities.
The secret of our success and the guarantee of quality for the customer is no other than counting with an excelent staff in our kitchen, truly passionate for their work and for the customer’s satisfaction. Our daily work is to provide you an unforgettable memory of your visit to Valencia.
As a result of this hard work, by the end of 2016, we can proudly say that we have reached more than 5000 alumns have come back to their places of origin knowing what is an authentic Valencian Paella, becoming all of them true ambassadors of the Paella all around the world.
