INTRODUCTORY COURSE IN SPANISH GASTRONOMY
As part of our aim to share our culture and gastronomy we want to increase the quality of our courses on offer: this is why we have created a new course that will help us promote Spanish culture. We have designed a course in four parts:
LEARN TO CARVE AUTHENTIC IBERIAN HAM
An expert carver will discover the best tricks for you to carve the ham like a professional
COOK A SPANISH POTATO & ONION OMELETTE
The students will also learn how to prepare a Spanish omelette with potatoes and onions
TASTING OF FINE SPANISH CHEESES
During the activity you will have the opportunity to sample a variety of the best spanish cheeses
PREPARATION OF NATURAL SANGRÍA
We will reveal the secret to preparing this typical Spanish drink using the best natural ingredients

EVERYTHING SERVED WITH BREAD AND TOMATO, ACCOMPANIED BY VALENCIAN RED AND WHITE WINES FROM THE PRESTIGIOUS BODEGA OF VICENTE GANDÍA.
The course is designed for you to learn and have fun, always working safely to avoid any potential accidents. Following the model of our Paella classes, you will be under the supervision of an expert ham carver and a guide, to help you cook the authentic Spanish tortilla with potato and onion, prepare the real Spanish sangria, and even take on the role of official ham carver to impress your family and friends!
The activity, in addition to these four parts, includes dessert and coffee. If there is extra ham left over from the activity, it will be cut and vacuum packed, and you may take it home with you (we will be using an entire ham).
The duration of the course is approximately three hours.
