Chef Pepe Fortea is pasionate about Valencian cuisine. Has worked in many restaurant with high reputation in rice cooking and has been trained with huge Masters as Oscar Torrijos, Victor Granero, Juan Gorrea and Juan Carlos Galbis. María is a specialist in basic and intermediate level workshops, she gets the students to defend themselves perfectly in the kitchen. He is able to instill all his knowledge and get even the most novice student to acquire that gastronomic interest that Maria shows off.
